Even though the news about my car wasn’t what I was hoping for, I still wanted to take the time to leave a good review. Sometimes good service isn’t about getting the answer you wanted—it’s about how people treat you when the answer is difficult to hear. They were honest with me about what my car needed, took the time to explain everything, and treated me with kindness and respect throughout the process. For me personally, the amount of work the car needs makes it feel like a loss, and that’s hard to swallow. But I don’t blame the shop for that. This morning I was able to drive the car to Meineke. They replaced my alternator, battery and changed the spark plugs today, Saturday. The staff helped me with paying for my repairs, and they even stayed late, so I wouldn’t have to come back another day! They were very open and honest about my car situation.
