Auto Repair Reviews for Meineke Shop #4251
Always tremendously awesome service, just the best ever, i only have taken ALL my vehicles to State st Meineke for yrs, they care, they listen, and the outcome has been the bestest always 🛻💙🦋💙🦋💙 and the BlackHawk tires are a perfect fit for my Dodge Ram, went with a different tire this time! rides super nice! Charlie and his crew are awesome, never ever have they tried to tell me anything but truth and straight up front and HONESTY , i trust them and they've never given me a reason NOT to trust them! reliability on every level of service, this visit monday was the best one yet, my truck got a clean diagnose of healthy, update from this, always good service and professional not ever have i been unhappy with the service!
Cary Angelonearth, brought my pontiac in for control arm assembly and tie rods, walked away happy as hell because they put on new transmission mounts after the last shop broke one and welded it, and a free alignment!! they also worked with me on pricing due to low funds, $1300 for all that??? baller place, very respectful people. i’m very happy!!
Michael Arrington,My Jeep engine was overheating and the kind gentleman and scholar Charlie helped me get it squared away. Took a couple weeks but a transparent quote, consistent communication, calls for any changes on pricing on additional parts, maintaining reasonable expectations, and offering a complimentary car cleaning as well as an oil change on top of the repair. As a small business owner myself, I know customer service is critical. I would recommend the team at Meineke car center off State Street any time and will do so.
Alan Gray,I have been going to this mineke for a few years now and once agin charlie and the team of mechanics there have done a exceptional job there they went above and beyond expectations great job guys I will be definitely be going back for any future vehicle needs. Thank you guys.👍
Julian Garza,Motorhome chassis a/c blowing hot air in Idaho 100 degree weather.Called late afternoon, got in and they were working on it as I left it there to wait till the next day. Diagnosis was leaking condenser. Got completion text at 9am the next morning. Great service. Thought about just recharging and having my mechanic work on it at home. Labor rates were so much lower here in Idaho that I decided to have it done here rather than in Calif.
