I would just like to compliment your staff in the Kingston, NY shop. I brought my car in thinking I needed strut work or brake work. I was pleasantly surprised that I needed none of the above after being checked by your technicians. Not only that, but they did not charge me for this service. In this day and age it is refreshing to find a shop that is honest enough to tell you the truth and not try to charge you for unnecessary repairs. Thank you again and in the future I will be using that shop for any work I may need.

I am writting to say to Ryan Reddick and the staff of the Meineke in Columbia, MO a great big THANKS. I am a single women who is, well, who is ignorant when it comes to car maint. I needed some big work done on my car. All of my questions, no matter how stupid or trivial, were all handled appropriately; and I never felt talked down to like some mech. will. They completed all the work in less than 48 hours with out comprimising the quality of work. I will be recomending to all of my friends to come and have their repairs handled at Meineke with Ryan and his staff. Again thank you for treating me with the utmost respect and making sure that me and my car get the best care out there.

I was on vacation in Florida and found my brakes were overheating the day before my 18 hour drive back to Michigan.



I called the Pensacola Meineke Center approximately 1 1/2 hours before they closed for the day. The General Manager Phil told me to bring it right in and they would check it out and make sure I could leave on time tomorrow.



I brought it in and found I needed new calipers and rotors. Mechanic Wendel was awesome. He stayed 2 hours past closing time and made sure everything was okay for the drive home. The shop owner even drove to the parts distributor to get the rotors while the mechanic worked on the calipers.



Simply awesome customer service! Even though I will not be returning to the Pensacola Meineke any time soon (b/c I live in Michigan) they really took care of me and made sure my vehicle was ready for the 1,100 mile drive home.

In May I needed to have new front breaks on my car. I didn't want to go to the dealer because I knew it would be very expensive. I had called a friend and she suggested going to Meineke since she had very good experience with them in the past. Unfortunatly some mechanics will take advantage of a woman when they bring in their car for repairs. I called, spoke w/Tom Bullock, made an appt & brought my car in. Tom was so helpful, friendly, and professional. He arranged for me to get a ride to work, and be picked up as well. He had called me at work and told me what he felt needed to be done. I have had my car worked on before at other places and have asked for a phone call before any work was done, but it didn't always happen. Yesterday morning my car had a problem starting & I had been hearing a squealing which I thought was most likely the belts. I called & spoke w/Tom again. Again he was so accomidating, he suggested I bring the car in on my lunch, had arranged for a ride back to work. I called a few hours later. He told me the belts were fine, he check the battery which was fine and cleaned the cables. He said there was no charge since he didn't do anything. I know for sure that if I had gone to the dealer they would have changed the belts even if they didn't need them & it would have cost me more then and arm & a leg. Again Tom was very professional and had gone out of his way to help me. I cannot praise Tom enough as to how helpful, and professional he was. He certainly goes out of his way to accomidate his customers. I would highly recommend this Meineke location to anyone that askes me.

I amazed at the level of service that I received at this location. They repaired a bad bearing in my front driver side wheel several moths ago at a fair price and good customer service. Today I had a noise in the wheel due to some water; they said that all they needed to do was to add some lubricant. I also asked them to check my breaks and they said they were ok. They did not charge me for either. I will continue to use this station for my repairs and oil changes because of their honesty and service. I know that they could have told me that I needed a major repair along with new breaks and or rotors. Please pass this onto your corporate officers and to the shop itself.

I want to commend your store manager, Sue Whitacre, for being so informative and willing to help us fix the leaking exhaust pipe connector and broken tailpipe hanger on our Ford van at a minimal cost in time and money. As a retiree, I'm glad I didn't have to have an entire new exhaust system installed, as we might have done if we had taken it to our Ford dealer.

In a time where customer service seems to have gone the way of bell bottoms and sideburns, I feel compelled to write and tell of a level of service that I never thought I'd see again.

After attending the wake for a friend's father in South Boston, I was unable to get my car started. Having exhausted all of my limited mechanical prowess, I broke down and called a tow truck. When the driver finally arrived, I again tried to start the car, no luck. The driver went back to his truck and emerged with a floor mat and a short metal pipe. After laying the mat on the rain-soaked pavement, he knelt beside my car and hollered instructions through the window. I did as he told and turned the key. After a couple well placed strikes of the pipe against the underside of my car, the engine roared to life. He explained that my fuel pump had failed.

After settling up, I began heading home to Hingham and realized that even if I make it home, I may not get the car started again in the morning. Immediately, I called my mechanic, Joe Capadonna, at Meineke Car Care Center in Quincy. It was 10 minutes to 6 and Joe was getting ready to close up. I explained to him what happened and expressed my concern that I wouldn't be able to start the car in the morning. He wanted to be sure, so he called his lead mechanic at home, and called me back. They both agreed that the car likely wouldn't start, so Joe told me to bring the car straight to his shop. I said I would call my wife to pick me up. He told me not to bother, he'd bring me home. When I arrived at his shop, about 15 minutes after closing time, he was pulling his Tire Display Racks out of the garage, and into the rain, to make room for my car. I pulled in and he put every thing back and closed up the shop. We got into his car and he took me home to Hingham, well out of his way to Canton. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty.

Joe and his crew have proven to me time and time again that they have the customer's best interest in mind. I won't go anywhere else, and I tell people all the time about Joe's shop. His attention to customer service is refreshing in a time where some will stop at nothing to make an extra buck.

I took my Mom's car in because she had gotten a muffler there 2 years ago. There were some hangers that had broken so it was hanging down. I was fully expecting to have to pay for this service since I have always had to argue with any place I take a guarantee to. I was very surprised that the manager on duty (Steve Ochoa? I'm not sure of the gentleman's name) came in and told me he could do the work if I could wait, AT NO CHARGE! They were very busy, it was a Saturday, so I was prepared to wait quite a while. He was finished and I was on the road within the hour. I never hesitate to write a complaint letter when I'm dis-satisfied with service so I thought the least I could do is write a THANK YOU letter when I'm given good, honest service. Thank you!

Meineke of Kirkland replaced my rear brakes in 2006 and I recently developed a brake noise and returned it for an inspection. Richard Porter was great and inspected all the brakes and resolved the situation. He was terrific and explained the situation and quickly resolved the situation. Great work!

After searching many years for an area mechanic I could trust I brought my car to Meineke in Rochester, NH. I have been going there ever since. Paul is a pleasure to deal with. He is knowledgeable and thorough in his work and careful to explain the work in terms a layman can understand. He will work with you to find the most cost effective solution to your problem and is very much commited to customer service. I wouldn't trust my my 2001 Jaguar to anyone else in the area. Just a note of thanks to the Technician and management at (the Hermitage, TN) store. I have worked in a muffler shop before and had a good idea of what was needed to repair my exhaust system. I visited another muffler shop and was quoted a partial and entire system (to fix what was obviously a "broken weld"). Your shop was more concerned with fixing the problem rather than selling a not-yet-needed system. What the other guys don't realize is that you just sold the next system when it is needed. I know that I can trust your work and management. I hope this information makes it to the people who deserve the credit. (Lee was the working technician.) Thanks again.
