Joe is one of the most professional mechanics I've ever met in my entire driving history (I'm 45, so do the math). Keep up the excellent work. If more salesmen/mechanics were like Joe, the world would be a much better place.

I would like to express my appreciation for the friendly and courteous service that I have received from the Meineke shop located at 15405 East 6th Avenue in Aurora, Colorado the entire staff are very professional and customer oriented you are always kept well informed about the services needed and the cost, along with no high pressure sales tactics you walk away knowing that you received high quality work from experienced technicians that know their jobs I will continue doing business at this shop and would gladly recommend others to use them as well these guys are true professionals that know how to treat customers.
I just wanted to complement the employees at this Meineke Center. I usually get my oil changed there and they have always been nice but last Saturday I was so grateful and appreciative of the neighborliness I experienced there. I desperately needed air in my tires, particularily in one that was practically flat. I went to several gas stations and couldn't find a working air compressor, in desparation I looked up and saw Meineke and thought, "Maybe they'll fill my tires" and gave it a shot. The man at the counter looked to see if they could get my car by the compressor and said that if I would be patient they would pull my car in. In about 15 min. a nice young man came out with my keys and a smile and said "You're all set" and I asked if I owed anything and he insisted no. That just made my weekend and renewed my faith in people being nice enough to help out when they can. I will always get my oil changed at that Meineke center! Thank you, Mary Christerson
I'm writing to commend Meineke Discount Mufflers on the quality of its mufflers, labor and, especially, its customer service. Ten years ago, my father took my car to a Meineke franchise in San Diego, CA. He had the muffler and other necessary components replaced. He bought a muffler with a lifetime warrantee. The time has come to replace the muffler. Unfortunately, I now live on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. As you know, Meineke has no franchises in this state. When I called customer service, I received the "party line", which dictated that only Meineke employees, in a Meineke shop, could honor the warrantee. Noting the company's address on my receipt, I decided to wait until my annual holiday visit to my sister in Charlotte, NC. The day after Christmas, I visited your corporate office. When I walked out of the elevator, I was greeted with typical Southern hospitality by the receptionist. Upon request, I was introduced to Janet Laver and Eve Cooper. I stated my case to them. As expected, I did not receive any promises. However, I did receive an offer to look into a creative solution to the problem. Within four hours, I received a telephone call with instructions to contact Mr. Anthony Webb, at your 6447-A East Independence Blvd. store. Mr. Webb provided me with friendly, entertaining service and a replacement muffler, with the understanding that I must fund the labor and other non-warrantee parts, as expected. I heard of a study indicating that on average, businesses spend seven times more money to win back a dissatisfied customer than they would to keep that same customer. In this case that number is immeasurably higher. 25 years ago, Radio Shack gave me poor customer service. About the same time period, on a previous car, I witnessed a Midas employee's poor installation practice. He had cut a pipe one inch too short. Rather than replacing the pipe with one of the correct length, he placed undue stress on the exhaust system hangar and other components. To this day, I avoid those companies whenever possible. Obviously, I haven't forgotten those events. I will not forget future encounters. I maintain countless contacts in southern California. I have already begun spreading the word about Meineke's customer service. The simple replacement of the muffler will be more than worth its cost. Creativity in customer service is worth more than its cost. Janet, Eve and Anthony are priceless assets to your company.
I brought my 19 year old car in for a catalytic converter replacement. It required some custom welding with a tricky installation. I can't remember the name of the fellow with whom I dealt, but he was very courteous. Communication was excellent, and the work performed was prompt and of the highest quality.I will definitely recommend this particular Meineke location to friends and coworkers.
The service I received at the Hales Corners, WI shop was excellent today. An employee, Dale, provided a clear explanation of the work required and stayed past the noon closing time to wait for the parts and get the work done. He was extremely courteous and informative throughout the process. It's been a long time since I've had this positive an experience when getting my Jeep serviced. A sincere thanks to your organization and Dale for the great service.

Not only did this shop fix my car the same day AND came within three dollars of their estimate, they went beyond the call of duty by being extremely courteous! Thank you!
I am Stewart T. Campbell, past commander of American Legion Post 235, Maynard, MA, member of the Flag Alliance. I would like to bring to your attention the unique display of the American Flag by Meineke Muffler in Maynard, Massachusetts. The flag is displayed twenty-four hours a day on a staff mounted through the cab of an antique pavement roller with a life-sized silhouette of George Foreman in the cab. It shows the patriotism of all that work there. It is great to drive by and see the flag flying in memory and respect to those who lost their lives to terrorism.
Grey Hagstrom the manager and his staff treated us kind and courteous.They went the extra mile to help us get the car fixed. We were traveling from Nashville and had car problems.We spent 14 hours and was treated like family.
I had been to this location 2 twice for A/C problems. I had to take it back the third time, very upset. I spoke with Jared the last 2 times I was there. On my last visit, Jared, really needs to be commend. Hopefully he took care of the problem this time.. He was very nice and courteous. He did not charge me for this visit. Most companies when they see a women walk in the door, their eyes become dollar bills, but not Jared. If Jared treats all of the women customers like he did me, I am sure his business will grow much more. The best advertisment is word of mouth. I will recommed others to this location.
