I am writing this letter to you today to express how professional and dedicated George and Zvi are when I am greeted at the Patchogue, NY branch location. These guys go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to customer service!! Of course no one wants to pay for car care, but we all have to do it. They are very friendly and are working constantly and consistently to make the customer's wait time as minimal as possible. They don't just tell you something is wrong with your vehicle, they show you the problem...I like that alot!!! In addition, the mechanics usually go unnoticed and I would like to thank them for an outstanding job too! I sincerely hope this letter goes to their Regional/District Manager as well as a copy to them and to their personnel folders. These two are the backbone of the company and you should be proud to have them on Your team.

Have had nothing but praise for the way Bob (Manager of your Riverhead, NY, Meineke shop) has handled me, the rest of my family and the care and concern he (and his staff) have shown us over the years. I continually send friends and relatives to Bob's shop. His is THE ONLY AUTO SHOP in the Riverhead, NY area I have COMPLETE CONFIDENCE IN. If he says something has to be replaced, I KNOW that is the case, and am NOT receiving some BS story I would expect from another shop. If it is possible, could Bob and his staff in the Riverhead, NY Meineke shop know of my COMPLETE SATISFACTION? Gracias if you could do that.

The owner, Tara Hubner, is a savvy businesswoman with only one thing on her mind, excellent car service. Her approach to customer service goes well beyond the extent of making a deal. She is polite, honest, and truly cares whether or not you return to her shop. She is more than supported by her right-hand man, Skip, who brings with him a wealth of knowledge with regards to your car. If there is a problem, Skip will find the solution. His friendly, straightforward personality lets you know exactly where your car care stands. He takes his time explaining the possible problems with your vehicle and provides you with a solid solution. I would highly recommend the Meineke experience at the Port Jefferson Station shop. If you want a good deal and reliable service, there is no safer place to be.

My husband (Tim) and I would like to thank you for a great service that Bob (at the Meineke Center in Ronkonkoma) did for us. Bob and his staff were honest, hard working people and kind. It has been a while since we had received service like that. We feel that many people today complain about everything but more people should commend when a job is well done. Dear Sir/Madam; Your Meineke store #258 has done it yet again! It has PROVEN to me why Mr. Bob Gerstacken and his crew is one of the ONLY TWO automotive shops I trust with my family vehicles ('97 Chevy P/U, '00 Malibu, '01 Camaro). While my wife's Malibu was in for service, a cracked gasket was detected AND DIAGNOSED correctly. This was done while the vehicle's extended warranty was still in effect. The repairs I received under warranty would have cost me a small fortune, if it wasn't for the likes of Bob Gerstacken and his professional/able staff of Eric, Rob, John, Kenny, Chris, and Ed. I continue to rave about how well I have been treated at Meineke store #258 to as many friends I can. Your corporation can be proud of the way I, my family, and my friends have been handled by them. THEIR HONESTY IS ABOVE REPROACH - something I can RARELY state concerning automotive repair shops. I'd like to express how impressed I was with your Rocky Point, N.Y. service manger Margaret Nicosia. She is absolutely AMAZING!!! She is so knowledgeable, she knows what she's talking about - she offers suggestions and alternatives. Aside from being "car wise", she is a pleasant, competent, take-charge person; because of these attributes, I have total trust in her and bring all my cars there. My husband says she knows more that most men. She is definitely an asset to your company. I wanted to let you know how lucky you are having a person like Margaret representing your company. I'm definitely a SATISFIED CUSTOMER. She deserves recognition for a job well done!!

Your able staff at Meineke Shop #258 in Riverhead, NY, did it again!!!!!!!!!!! The owner, Bob Gerstacken and his #1 mechanic, Rich, analyzed my electrical problem PRIOR to even touching my wife's 2000 Chevy Malibu. The repairs were done quickly, CORRECTLY, and courteously. As usual, a full explaination of diagnosis/repairs were reported to me in laymen's terms so I could FULLY understand them. Bob and Rich are to be congratulated on their professionalism. I have ALWAYS felt comfortable when having one of them work on any of my family's four GM vehicles. Do NOT know what I would do without them. PLEASE - could these two fine gentlemen be appraised of my very positive experiences?

I just wanted to let you know that my local Meineke shop is terrific. Good service is hard to find these days, but it still exists in Rocky Point (NY) at my Meineke. The service people there are friendly, helpful, resourceful and honest. I am always most comfortable taking my car there. If there is a "Shop of the Year" award, I vote for them!!

I can't sing enough praises of Larry Matarese, the manager of your Huntington Station shop. I was initially hesitant to go to the big name shop, but was very pleasantly surprised to find the best service I have ever received ANYWHERE. Larry epitomizes what customer service managers dream of instilling in their staff; although his gift of customer service clearly comes naturally. From how he answers the phone, pleasantly provides directions, patiently and expertly describes a technical problem to a non-car person, and even caters to the needs of customers in the waiting room - Larry is a tremendous asset to your organization. It is because of Larry (and the outstanding car care his staff provides) that I am now a devoted Meineke customer. I hope you recognize what an extraordinary and rare asset you have in Larry. If you found a Larry for every one of your shops, there would be no competition.
